I’m flying with my daughter tomorrow morning on a two hour flight. She’s flown a few times before with her mom, but this will be the first time she and I will be flying together. We’re going to my cousin’s wedding in Maine and I’m really excited for my daughter to see her family on her dad’s side.
To keep her entertained on the flight, I’ve packed the following:
- Juice boxes
- Interactive books
- Some quiet toys (don’t want to drive the rest of the passengers crazy!)
- Lots and lots of snacks
Hopefully the juice boxes will make it past security!
UPDATE: The juice boxes made it past security OK, but I made a huge mistake when deplaning. My daughter and I exited the plane and continued right through to the terminal exit without getting our strolling. As we all know, its impossible to go back to the gate after you exit the terminal, so I had to wait almost a half an hour before one of the AirTran employees could bring it to me. Doh!
