Super Snacking Advice!




nuts!Snack- I love that word, cause I love snacks. And this is prime snack season. I would rather snack all day than eat a big meal. I see it happening to my toddler- she just wants a little of this and that all day. Don’t get me wrong - I am not talking chips and dip, cookies and candy. (although I can be caught lovin’ cookies and candy- I still try to stick to healthier selections) But we are hummus eaters, apple slices with cheese, rice cakes with almond butter kind of snackers. Well- my husband might disagree with the rice cakes, but its usually good stuff.

It is a list of stuff I enjoy eating and its nice to know how good they are for you. So enjoy the wares of the season, and snack away!
