We got back from our trip to Colorado and was great, dreary weather surprising for this time of year. The flight was pretty successful, my 17 month old was pretty good through most of it. We brought snacks- all kinds, as they are only giving out pretzels. One of her favorites, fruit bars, or baa as she says, she likes to take them out of the package herself. This is after she man handles it a bit and it becomes pieces. And we were able to get juice boxes on board. She gets them as a special treat- we asked with security and they cleared, I was sure we’d be chucking them in the trash hoping she wouldn’t see. But she enjoyed one as we took off, ensuring that she’d swallowing preventing her ears from popping. But all was well, she loved to see the planes on the ground- maybe even more than the juice box!
